The Serra Tourist Office has achieved the certification of the Q mark for tourist quality. This prestigious award is granted by the Spanish Institute for Tourism Quality. It recognises the effort and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
In this way, the Q mark provides Serra Tourist Info with prestige, differentiation, reliability, rigour and promotion. This qualification will translate into greater promotion of the municipality, better attention to tourists, more professionalism and differentiation within the tourist offer.
In the words of the mayoress, this certification “is proof of the enormous work that Tourism is doing to promote our town, gastronomy, nature and heritage. We have a team of people who provide a service of the highest quality to all those who visit us”.
In recent years, the Serra Town Council has been working to position the municipality as an inland tourist destination, promoting the deseasonalisation and consumption of services. “The Q for tourism quality awarded on 13 November will help us to continue growing in a sector as important for the municipality as tourism,” stresses the mayoress.
