Serra has joined the Valencian Community GastroTourism Network L’Exquisit Mediterrani. Participation in this network and the use of its brand L’Exquisit Mediterrani implies a commitment to the conservation, promotion and promotion of the gastronomy of the Valencian Community as a tourist resource of first order and tourist product of excellence.
The Serra City Council will coordinate with Turismo Comunidad Valenciana in the development of the network in all areas of action and in particular with the Fira de la Calderona – Dia de la Cirera events and the gastronomic competition d’Olla amb carabassa Vicente Granero Vila de Serra.
