Serra was present at the Feria de las Comarcas which was held in the València bullring from Friday to Sunday 2 April. The exhibition organised by the Diputación de València is a showcase of all the tourist offer of the towns of the province of Valencia.
The staff of the Tourism Department of the Serra Town Council has been informing all the people who came to the showcase inside the bullring of the possibilities offered by the municipality: both in nature leisure, heritage and gastronomy. Serra’s stop was with the rest of the villages of the Camp de Túria region.
The chef Vicente Granero from the restaurant Casa Granero, representing the gastronomy of Serra at the fair, on Friday, at 19:30 hours, in the showcooking area, gave a demonstration and tasting of olla con calabaza, a typical dish of the town.
