The Serra Town Council announces the 8th Pascual Navarro Digital Photography Contest with the aim of promoting environmental values and preservation of our natural environment. The contest is a tribute to Pascual Navarro, photographic ambassador of our municipality who passed away on April 6, 2017.
The theme of the contest will be spring in the natural park of the Sierra Calderona with the values of environmental, landscape, natural and cultural wealth. The images submitted to the contest must be unpublished and original. Each participant may submit one work. The deadline for submission of works will begin on April 6, coinciding with the anniversary of the death of Pascual Navarro, and will end on April 20 of the same month. The originals must be sent to the e-mail address turismo@serra.es.
The photographs received will be published in the institutional profile of the City Council of Serra in the social network Facebook. The winner will be the work that has more “likes” during the days that the vote will be open, from April 21 until 23.59 hours on May 3. The winner and the finalist will be announced on May 4. The prizes will consist of two gift vouchers to spend at local businesses. The winner will receive a gift voucher valued at 70 euros and the runner-up one of 30 €.
